Amy will begin this special evening in a sacred circle for storytelling, educating on the energy system of the body, and guiding you on some easy-to-follow mindfulness and reflective practices. From there we will weave and explore the mind-body-soul connection through the healing moving meditation of Spring Forest QiGong… and will finish off the evening grooving and dancing to the rhythms of the drums.
